Membership Agreement & Facility Policies
Welcome to Hybrid House HTX. Our mission is to create a motivating, respectful, safe, and high-energy trainingenvironmentfor every member of our community. These Membership Terms & Facility Policies are intended to clearly outline membership expectations,
operational procedures, and facility standards.
1. MEMBERSHIP TYPES
Hybrid House HTX may offer monthly memberships, annual memberships, founding member memberships, drop-ins, specialty programs, HYROX programs, personal training, and promotional offers. Membership benefits and pricing mayvary dependingon the selected
membership type.
2. WAIVER REQUIREMENT
All members, guests, drop-ins, event participants, personal training clients, specialty program participants, and minors must complete and sign the required Waiver and Release of Liability prior to participating in any activity or using the facility.
3. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS
Standard memberships and participation are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Participants ages 12-17 may participate in approved classes or programs only with a signed parent or guardian consent and liability waiver. Minors must remain under the
supervision of a parent or legal guardian unless participating in an authorized youth program approved by Hybrid House HTX.
4. MEMBERSHIP TERM & RENEWAL
Month-to-month memberships automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with this agreement. Commitment-based memberships remain active for the agreed term unless otherwise approved in writing.
5. BILLING AUTHORIZATION
By signing this agreement, Member authorizes Hybrid House HTX to charge the payment method on file for membership dues, taxes, retail purchases, personal training sessions, specialty programs, declined payment fees, and any approved charges associated with
Member participation.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Month-to-month memberships require thirty (30) days written notice priorto cancellation. Commitment-based memberships remain active for the agreed term unless otherwise approved in writing. Requests for early cancellation due to medical conditions, relocation, or
military deployment may require documentation.
7. MEMBERSHIP FREEZES
Membership freezes may be granted for qualifying circumstances including medical recovery, pregnancy, temporary relocation, or military deployment. Requests should be submitted in advance whenever possible.
8. CLASS RESERVATIONS & SCHEDULING
All participants are required to be registered and signed into class prior to participation. Members may register before arrival or upon arrival before class begins. Hybrid House HTX instructors and staff reserve the righttoverify class registration and may ask participants
to complete registration prior to joiningclass activities. If technical or operational issues arise, instructors or staff may assist participants with registration after class when appropriate.
9. CLASS CHECK-IN & PARTICIPATION
Class schedules, operating hours, programming, coach assignments, and facility access may change periodically. Hybrid House HTX reserves the right to modify schedules, substitute coaches, cancel classes, ortemporarily close for maintenance, holidays, severe
weather, or emergencies.
10. MEMBER CONDUCT & FACILITY RULES
Members are expected to maintain a respectful and safe environment. Harassment, unsafe conduct, damage to equipment, unauthorized coaching, filming without consent, intoxication, fighting, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of
membership privileges.
11. FACILITY POLICIES
Proper athletic footwear is required. Equipment must be used safely and cleaned after use. Children are not permitted on the workout floor unless participating in an authorized program. Personal belongings should remain in designated areas.
12. MEMBER FEEDBACK & CONCERNS
Hybrid House HTX values open communication and strives to maintain a respectful and positive member experience. Members are encouraged to promptly bring concerns, feedback, or facility-related issues to management so they may be addressed appropriately.
Concems involving safety, billing, facility conditions, staff conduct, or member interactions should be submitted in writing whenever possible. Hybrid House HTX reserves the right to investigate concerns and determine appropriate resolutions at its discretion.
13. COMMUNICATION CONSENT
Member agrees to receive operational communications related to membership, scheduling, billing, events, programming, promotions, and facility updates through email, text message, app notifications, or other communication methods.
14. MEDIA RELEASE
Hybrid House HTX may photograph or record classes, events, workouts, and promotional content. By participating within the facility, Member grants permission for use oftheir likeness in marketing, social media, advertising, website content, and promotional campaigns
unless a written opt-out request is submitted.
15. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Hybrid House HTX is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
16. SURVEILLANCE
Portions of the facility may be monitored by video surveillance systems for security and operational purposes.
17. RETAIL SALES
All retail, apparel, concession, supplement, and accessory sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
18. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICE
Hybrid House HTX reserves the right to deny access, suspend participation, or terminate memberships for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to members, staff, or the business.
19. COMMUNITY & CULTURE
Hybrid House HTX is committed to maintaining a positive, respectful, and motivating training environment. We reserve the right to protect the culture, safety, and experience of our members and staff
20. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES
Electronic signatures and digital acknowledgments carry the same legal effect as physical signatures.
